NCEdCloud Authenticator Setup

Configure a TOTP-capable authenticator application on your smartphone or desktop device to generate verification codes for NCEdCloud multi-factor authentication.

Step-by-Step App Configuration

1. Download an approved TOTP authenticator (RapidIdentity Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator) from your app store.
2. Log in to NCEdCloud on a computer and open your Security Profile.
3. Select Register Authenticator to generate a unique setup QR code.
4. Open your authenticator app, tap Add Account, and scan the displayed QR code.
5. Enter the 6-digit one-time code shown in your app to confirm successful registration.
