If you have forgotten your NCEdCloud password or your credentials have expired, you can reset your password online using your established challenge questions or through your local school administrator.
Self-Service Password Reset
- Go to the official NCEdCloud login page.
- Click the Forgot My Password link below the sign-in prompt.
- Enter your username (numeric State UID, up to 10 digits, or email Alias ID).
- Answer your pre-configured challenge questions correctly.
- Enter and confirm your new secure password.
Assisted Password Resets
If you cannot answer your challenge questions, contact your school’s designated NCEdCloud LEA Administrator, media specialist, or technology help desk. For security reasons, NCEdCloud.io cannot reset passwords or verify user identities.
